Shipped tracked via AusPost from the Gold Coast, from $7.95 — the exact rate depends on what's in your order, shown at checkout before you pay. Free on orders over $50. A keychain or a few stickers ships at the cheap end; a hoodie or a multi-item order sits higher, same as it would through AusPost directly. You'll get the tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.
Most orders are made and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Epoxy finishes take a little longer to cure — each product page shows its own turnaround.
We don't ship internationally yet — if you're overseas and keen, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & reprints
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it — email hello@x2customs.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Limited-run pieces can be returned unworn within 14 days for a size swap (while the run lasts) or store credit. Because runs are limited and never reprinted, we can't guarantee your size will still be available for a swap — get in quick.
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — if something's genuinely wrong, we make it right.
