Orders and limited runs

Everything we sell is an X2 original in a fixed, numbered run — you choose the colourway (and size on clothing) shown on the product page. Run counters are enforced at checkout, and once a run sells out it is permanently retired. We don't take personalised or custom orders.

Designs and ownership

All designs are the property of X2CUSTOMS and can't be copied, reproduced or resold as designs. Buying a piece from a run gives you that piece — not a licence to the artwork.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Quantity discounts apply automatically as shown on each product page.

Returns

See our Shipping & Returns page. Custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind, but faults, damage and our mistakes are always reprinted or refunded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Crew membership

Posting and boosting on the Crew requires a free membership verified by email. One membership per person. We may suspend or ban members who break the community rules or manipulate voting, which removes their posts and boosts. You can close your membership any time by emailing hello@x2customs.com.

Community posts

By posting to the Crew you confirm you own the content, you're 16+ (or a parent or guardian submitted for you), and you give X2CUSTOMS permission to display it on this site and our social channels with credit. You can withdraw that permission any time by emailing hello@x2customs.com. Posts are screened automatically and reviewed by a person before publishing, and location metadata is removed from photos on upload. We may decline or remove any post — including anything with swearing, faces of people under 18, full real names, home locations, readable number plates, or dangerous riding.

Pic of the Week

Pic of the Week is a free, skill-based community award — no purchase is needed to enter or win, and there is no element of chance. Your newest approved post is your entry. Boost counts reset each Monday; the post with the most boosts at 8pm AEST Sunday wins, and a tie goes to the post that reached the winning count first. Posts that break the community rules are removed from the running. Winners are contacted by email for a postal address (via a parent or guardian for winners under 18) and the prize pack ships within a week. X2CUSTOMS may disqualify manipulated voting and can amend or pause the award at any time. This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram or TikTok.
